AirPods fusion

Your AirPods know which way you're facing.

A camera guesses your head angle. Supported AirPods measureit. Sitful fuses both on-device — so a tilt of the head doesn't fool it, and it still works camera-only when your AirPods are out.

Two signals, one score

How the fusion works.

What your AirPods feel

Pitch, roll & yaw from the AirPods motion sensor at ~25 Hz. Head pitch — tilting forward and down — fuses into the forward-head part of your score.

What the camera sees

33 body landmarks via MediaPipe Pose at ~15 fps, on-device. Shoulder roll, screen distance, and slouch angle.

Fused on-device

A reading, not a guess

Accuracy you can trust

The difference between a guess and a reading.

Lean back to think and a camera-only app might cry “slouch.” With AirPods, Sitful knows your head is level — so it stays quiet. Sub-degree head-tilt from CMHeadphoneMotion, fused with the camera, all on your computer.

Good to know

AirPods posture FAQ.

Which AirPods work?

AirPods Pro (both gens), AirPods Max, AirPods 3rd gen, and H1/H2 Beats. AirPods 1 and 2 lack motion sensors.

Does it require AirPods?

No. Camera-only mode works on any computer with a webcam. AirPods just make the reading more accurate.

Is motion data sent anywhere?

No. Motion events stay between your AirPods, your computer, and the Sitful app. Nothing crosses the network.
