I can’t find my license key

Check the email you used at checkout for “Your Sitful license.” Search “Sitful license.” If you genuinely can’t find it, email anestis@sitful.app — we’ll re-issue.

AirPods aren’t detected

Make sure they’re a supported model: AirPods Pro (both gens), Max, 3rd-gen+, or H1/H2 Beats. macOS 14+ may require granting Motion permission — System Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion.

Camera permission denied

System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → toggle Sitful on, then restart the app.
